When I was in high school my friends and I would come up with cool words or a word of the day, and use it in every way possible. My grandmother who worked a crossword puzzle daily, would receive a crossword puzzle dictionary for Christmas every year from my mother, along with a box of chocolate covered cherries. This yearly ritual lasted since before I was born, and my grandmother worked the puzzles until the week of her death at 94 years of age. She was as sharp as a tack. I have been wanting to do a shared blog word of the day for a while, so I am bringing back into my life this fun thing I used to do to keep life light and fun...so here goes the first WOD for the studio blog.......
